How much is shipping?
UK Orders: start at only 85p per order!

International Orders: start at only £2 per order.

How long does delivery take?
Please allow around 1-2 days for delivery of most items within the UK. International orders may take longer.

Where do you ship to?
Everywhere!!
How will my parcel be posted?
It will be securely wrapped and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.

International orders will be sent via Airmail.

Can I return my item?
Green Heaven only sends items that are in perfect condition, but occasionally things can go wrong. Therefore returns are only accepted if items are faulty. If you have just changed your mind you won’t be eligable for a refund. Please be aware that some colours may look slightly different in photographs and reality.
I want to buy items from the main Green Heaven site and from the Body Jewellery site - will everything go into one basket?
At the moment, no. These sites should be treated as separates with separate shopping carts. However if you do order from both I will refund you any extra shipping you occur - no problem!

I don't like buying online, can I buy in person?
This site, Big Cartel, and PayPal are all very secure, but if you don’t have a card or want to see the items before you buy you can visit Green Heaven in Aberdeen.

Remember to include your return address, a list of the items you would like and add 85p to your order for postage and packaging to the UK, £2 for all other destinations.

Make cheques payable to “Green Heaven”. Items will only be posted once payment has cleared.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
